Collaborative Early Childhood Educator

Kids' Ark is a Christian based childcare center. We have a full preschool curriculum that serves ages 6 weeks-preschool! Our curriculum includes faith-based learning as well as teaching kindergarten readiness and independence through play!

Responsibilities:

· Assist with lesson planning and implementing enriching activities through out daily operations while collaborating with other colleagues to provide the highest quality care and best practices in early childhood education

· Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for ages 3 months-preschool

· Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs.

· Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily notes both in person and through Procare

Requirements:
· Must be 16 years or older

· Must pass all state and program required background checks

· Be patient, kind and nurturing

· Have a passion for Early Childhood Education and working with young children
